Morning Math

Morning Math is a math enrichment program offered each trimester by the Kilbride Enrichment Center. Students in first through fifth grades are invited to participate. Each Morning Math session lasts for six weeks and is held on Wednesday mornings before school begins. Students meet in the Centennial Museum located in the KEC at 7:25 a.m. Students are assigned to a parent volunteer based on their grade levels. Each grade level group will go to a designated area in the school from 7:30 a.m. to 8 a.m. with the instructor. Problems are appropriately aligned with grade levels and are intended to be solved collaboratively among the student group to encourage critical thinking and practice problem solving skills.
